Share Debug logs
In the rare occassion that we need to troubleshoot AccelerPrint, kindly share the Debug logs from your Mac OS device by following these steps:

1: Right click on AccelerPrint
2: Click on Advanced
3: Click on Diagnostics
4: Click on View Logs (Live feed)
This shall open up the technical logs.
Kindly copy and paste the entire log in the chat with our Customer Support team. :)
