Understanding Order Statuses for eBay Sales

Updated 11 months ago by Travis R

When you get a sale on eBay for a product listed through AccelerList on the Amazon marketplace an order will be immediately created.

The order will go through three stages of the fulfillment process:

  1. Pending
  2. Planning
  3. Shipping

Pending is a short duration of time during the order fulfillment process where Amazon ensures the payment from the customer has gone through and inventory for that product is verified to be in stock.

During the Planning stage Amazon is determining the best routing between warehouses before it starts processing the preparation for the shipment.

Shipping means your product is on its way out of the warehouse to your customer.
